What is roller disco?

Roller disco is the new alternative to the standard night-out, involving a roller rink, a pair of quad skates (although some may prefer inline skates), some friends and great memories. In combination with positive vibes and some good music, there is no better way to spend your Friday night out!

The History

Roller discos have been around since the 70s, inspired by the disco-craze of the same time period. The Roller Disco arrived in the UK during the 80s, but the craze had sadly died down by the mid 2000s. The love of skating was kept alive through discos and parties up and down the country, and now the roller skating craze has come back to life through those wishing to pick up this hobby during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Here, you can expect to have an enjoyable and amusing time with those around you, but without the pressure of having to endure a thumping headache the next morning!
